Is there any way to fetch instagram follower and followee count in Application?

I want to fetch number of followers and following users count of particular account from Instagram Is there any way to achieve this into the application. There are lot of websites provide that data but how we can implemented in code ? Also I am using basic display API to authenticate Instagram user which provides me Authorisation token User Id and username. But when we are passing that token into graph API it is not working.

Can anyone help me with this ?
