How to compute the Ocean tidal effect by giving the lat+long for specific location on a website?

I am quite new in this and interested in computation of contribution of the Ocean tidal gravity. I am following the website (http://massloading.net/ondemand_form.html) to get the data but I want to understand that how should I compute this data? Which model I have to follow to compute this data.
