What language can help me get a few webpage components to my app (not the whole like browsing by web)

I want to make an app. My daily tasks are log in to a website, change ticket status then close them. But the website is terribly slow and too many unnecessary components. So I'm going to write a Windows app that helps me get only a few components on the website and display it on my app.

What language could help me on this? There are too many languages and I don't know what to choose.
