How do i open a website from terminal(mac) using python and enter data(useranme, password) and save text of webite on my computer?

I want to automate the process of opening a website, entering data(userid, password), read data from first page and save into my computer then second page save data. Basically, i want to control running websites from my terminal mac using python.
