Is there a file browser for ASP.net? [closed]

So I want to have a folder browser, so the user can select the path of where to download some documents. I tried using CommonOpenFileDialog and I get a null error I looked it up and what I found is that I can't use it on ASP.net anyone got any recommendation on what I could use, so I can get the path where the user is going to save the files?
