i'm unable to see my settings, plugins, etc. options in my wordpress dashboard. Can anyone tell how can i get them back i logged in as super admin

I tried to change the .htaccess file but I restored it by backing up the file even though I lost my admin features I don't know what is going on most of the option in Wordpress are not showing up even settings option and the tools inside the tools tab are also not showing up.
