How to create a Browser bassed Android Emulator [closed]

There is a lot of requirement to run Android app in PC.So, in that case Android emulators are used and I want to create such a emulator and run it in browser so that low end PC's can run it easily.The main thing is to run Apps in browser.Can any one help me in this one I will be very help full to you.
