Who is smart to talk to, what to search to, when groups for beginners are no longer useful? [closed]

I got some stuck and don't know who or what to search. Maybe some advanced groups. Maybe somewhere to find any work or projects to join to. I don't know what truely I want to at now - not enough right communications and information about what and where is needed.

I want to become a good IT specialist and to know and have partners good people in this sphere. I'm started my IT-path with learning python, and learning it almost 4 months from morning to night. I passed Python-Developer course of JetBrains on Hyperskill.org Passed some free base courses and pirate courses. Took part in some webinars of creating base messengers, chats, with GUI on PyQt. Had some parsing practice of web-sites and Telegram. I was hanging out in groups in Telegram for dummies and beginners, and they were not bad to start until i started to be a lonely admin with harder tasks and non interested for others because of advanced questions. And i got some tired of solo-learning. Have interest to CyberSecurity, but i think that is more advanced experience needed. Before this all had some web-development practice, html, css, joomla, but didn't find this direction correct for me.
