Which language to learn for dynamic sites? [closed]

Two month ago, I started learning web development. I learnt how to use html, css and a litte javascript. Now, I can build beautiful responsive website (with bootstrap), but all are static. I want to go further, build dynamic websites, where I can add content without changing the source code, like news-website, or e-commerce, or a blog, I want an admnistration panel to control all the content.

Please how can I do that ?

I find on the internet a lot of programming languages and frameworks : Php, MySql, python, javascript, (Reat, Node.js, AngularJs, VueJs, ExpressJs…) I'm completely lost

So, please, can someone advise me to chose the best language in 2020 ?
