Should I go for framework like vuejs to make a hotel booking website or go the plain way?

The site I'm working on doesn't have heavy complex features but only consists of basic features like displaying the list of items, their description and other details. use firebase as its backend and will not have any inbuilt payment system. So i'm in dilemma if I should use front-end frameworks to build it or just use plain JS/jquery ,html and css.
