Is there a way to unlock iphone remotly using php?

i want to unlock my clients Iphone icloud remotly using just there EMEI number for exemple: Client : write there EMEI NUMBER in the field Me : get this EMEI number and unlock the Iphone icloud remotly without touch with the client
