How can I display shape file offline in a web browser using javascript?

I have an academic project, where I have to display a shape file in browser using html I am trying to display shape file in a web browser using this code. But it gives CORS error. Is there a way, I can use these script offline? or Is there a way, I can make one single project that automatically starts server (something executable file) and uses javascript code locally.
