I'm considering developing a basic website to exist as a Tor hidden service. In order to do this, it feels like I need some really outdated skills since many of the clients of Tor hidden services have Javascript completely disabled, but I still need to handle things like user registration etc.
What is the correct strategy/technology to use in such an environment?
