Web Scraping with Python (rights)

Maybe out-of-topic but I'm not sure where to ask. I want to make some Web Scraping with Python on a site https://mugshots.com - few thousand requests for downloading a face pictures. This pictures has a watermark and I don't want to use it on commercial use. I would like to ask if it is a legal? Or I'm breaking some laws?
