Show and download directories in flask

I have built a flask app where a user uploads some files, the app processes those files and generate some other files as results. As of now, the structure looks like this:

2019-10-22
   |_User1
      |__upload1.csv
      |_processed1.csv 
   |_User2
      |__upload2.csv
      |_processed2.csv
      |_some_file.html  

As of now, I am rendering the files for downloading likr this:

* 2019-10-22/User1/upload1.csv
* 2019-10-22/User1/processed1.csv
* 2019-10-22/User2/upload2.csv
....

But I want the UI to be more end-user friendly. The end user should be:

1. Able to navigate files through directories

2. Able to download the full directory

3. Able to download any file from any directory

I am not a frontend developer, can anyone help we with that please?
