Connecting to a UK restricted API from a US server

I'm building a tool with an API that is currently restricted only to UK IP Addresses, however, my server is located in the US. What would be the best route to take here?

I've read up a little about PHP Proxies but I feel like there might be an easier option to integrate?

What do you guys think would be the best method to implement to get the API to speak to my server successfully without any problems?
