Calling a console application from a web page prompts for authorization every time

I have a web page which calls a console application both ASP.NET C# through a key registry I added in the computer in which I installed the console application.

It works fine, however when I click the button in the web page a popup shows up asking for authorization every time. I've done this before in other computers and it used to show a remember this decision checkbox but now I don't see that checkbox.

How can I tell the browser to remember the decision so it doesn't show me the popup every time?
