Problem with public_html folder on Cpanel server

I uploaded my website on the cpanel server and it's not showing properly in the root document (public_html), however it's working perfectly fine when I add exact same files to a sub folder in "public_html".

The one that's oddly working properly: Foadadeli.ir/FoadAdeli/

I'd be glad if anyone could help me with this, it's driving me crazy...
