How to make nutch as a focused crawler in java using eclipse.I have nutch 1.4 solr 4.3 and cygwin environment

I have downloaded nutch 1.4 bin,sol 4.3,and eclipse. I want to develop focused crawler.By using which API's I can make use of nutch in java eclipse?? Please help me.
