create survey that will send client airtime once complete

looking just to be pointed in the right direction here. have forums and db set up in order to capture data but am blank on where i can start to find out how i will transfer the airtime to the client once a survey is completed... hoping there is an Api set up for this or something.

Just need a link / nudge in the right direction or so please. Have so far found Telerivet will this help me?

I am working in wordpress if this helps at all.
