Website remote publicly

I have just got my vps with db,and I have used xwampp to make website and everything is working perfectly so far, but just in my vps

I can't access my website from my laptop I have tried with my hostname and local IP but still no luck

any ideas about how to remote my website, so that anybody can access my website ??
