Which technology to use ? Is it possible with JSP?

Music website

For my website I want to make black background same as above website. And in that black background some name should appear in shiny white as shown in above web page.

So in which technology it is possible to achieve this ?(Easiest and faster)

I am familiar with jsp and servlet,little bit of html.
