What professional certifieds are recomended for a javascript developer?

i'm a web developer and i'm a self student. So i need to get some certifications for improve my profile, i found the w3c certificates for HTML, css and js but i'm not sure if it is the best option, anyone have some options? Something relationed to Frameworks like AngularJs, Meteor, .. is welcome too. Thanks
