Is there a ways to save a page, click on links in that page and be able to open them offline

Is there a way to save webpages for offline viewing, that would save beyond the initial page?

MORE DETAIL: Is there a ways to save a page, and be able to click on links in that page and be able to open them offline ?

(lets say specifying 2 links deep, meaning you could click on a link, takes you to a new page and be able to click on links in that page as well. but since we specify 2 links deep, the links in the last opened page should not open.)
