How can I make a upload file (books) in a database application? (A roadmap)

My background

Hi, I have written applications in Vanilla JS to make cards flip etc. I know how to make posts and requests. Also, I know some Clojure. But I haven't built a full-stack application yet.

I would like a Roadmap of knowledge

What is the fastest route so I have all the knowledge needed to build an application where I store my local books in a database? And, also, of course, I can retrieve them later.

What do I need to know and master?
