keep the app always open in the mobile app

I made a webview mobile application. Microsoft ASP.NET based database software. I get updated data on the website every 10 seconds and add it to the database, it works dynamically.

When you open this website on the computer, it records every 10 seconds, no matter how open it is, but in the mobile application, the phone turns off after a while.

My goal is to trigger the application, that is, when my website is opened in it, every 10 seconds, and to prevent the application from closing.

What can I do for this in android studio or my website's codes?
