I am new to web development and it is my very first project of dynamic website. I have to develop a website of programming tutorial, similar to w3schools. What I am confused about and wants to know is that do we simply make a template in the html or php file about how the tutorial will look like and all the content of all languages will be stored in database which will be dynamically fetched and displayed. Or we make multiple files for all the languages?
Which approach do we use for such website having multiple languages tutorials.
