How would I make a textbox output be the output from a website?

Alright, so I'm trying to make a tool in visual studio in c#. I want to make a decoder - encoder. I need to know how to make it so i can take the input from the app and put into the input for the site and then make it decode it and then take the output and then put it in the textbox to the app.
