Change web page scale and make all content fit in one screen without scrolling [closed]

I am working on project with an admin dashboard like this one. As you see here the page is scrolling, my client wants all the page content to be shown in one screen without any scrolling

It would be like that, but here in this image I zoomed out so all the content became in one screen without scrolling.

So how can I scale the page like that content to be show in on screen? change the screen width or something? rather than edit every element and make it smaller to fit in one screen.
