Can a function's name be too long for a compiler? [closed]

Good day, fellow developers. I was working on JavaScript. I used this name myFunction_for_a_beautiful_background for a function and my code didn't work well, but when I changed the name back to myFunction2 the code worked well. I'm working with ES File Explorer.
