Should I have multiple firebase projects for a single web app but separate user bases?

I'm developing a web app using Firebase and I need to be able to provide it to different customers, ie. as if each had it's own independent web app with it's own user base, database etc…

Should I create one Firebase project per client ? And if so, how can I then make it such that updates to the web app in a single place reach every customer ?
