Is it legal to publish scraped data on your website?

INTRO: I wrote a scraper which collects some data such as geographical coordinates, price and urls from a website that sells new and used cars. My idea is to create a website that shows the position of where a car is sold and show its price. By clicking on the price a new tab opens and i redirect to the original website where the car is sold.

QUESTION: is what i described legal? if the website i am scraping says nothing about "scraping/crawling data", is it possible to make a website which then redirects to theirs? how can i find out?
