Unable to Use WebRTC with some ISPs

I have created a video calling website. When I use it to connect two devices in India both of which use Jio Mobile Data, it works properly. But when I switch one of them to Airtel or BSNL Internet, it does not work. I'm using Google's stun servers. My website is hosted on heroku. Can anyone explain why is this happening
