How to run a script on client from flask web server

I am currently building a web page using flask, html, css and java script. The server is running on my computer and can be accessed by entering the ip in a browser. i would like to know if even though there is no code for the client to run to connect to the server, is it possible to send code from the server and make the client run the code ?
