web scraping in R and find API

I am going to get some data from a website. when i open this website, in the right side of website if i scroll more and more i will find more results the URL has written below: https://www.melkana.com/ the problem is that if i use web scraping codes in R, it will get data just 10 results, while if I scroll down more and more, I will find more than 1000 results. would you please help me and tel me how to get data from this website by R or Rstudio? This website is Persian. thank you for your help and prompt reply
