How to manage bash framework from a website?

We have a bash framework which manages and remotely commands several servers those are under our operation. There are options which you can choose and start a specific job without writning any bash script line or any bash command. I want to make a website which connects to the framework and you can choose and start jobs on a website and give the parameters for the bash scripts through the GUI. Is there any solution? Is it even possible to use a bash framework through a website like this one?
