How to get data in this web site esp thru lisp

Hi everyone Im first here.. Then I want how to get data every data from http://kabc.dongguk.edu/Combine/Index?ccode=01&volcode=K0001001&isimg=1&isorg=1&iskor=1&navikey=K0001V001P0001a01L And all data pictures korean chinese from all ccode and allvolcode So I think lisp codes are helpful I suggested this site admin to give me access to db but not allowed so I need to get data by myself.... Plz give me a good way....Thx
