How to find the real file where there is no such path of url?

CentOS 7 + nginx + Php 7 + mariadb on a cloud ECS server.

I need do troubleshooting of my project which has a backend admin page like this "api.mywebsite.com/Admin/login", but there is no admin subfolder under the html root directory, why? how to find the real file to fix?
