how to access files from a site in ubuntu terminal

So im trying to access my Professor's website that contains c++ programs as examples to help us in class. He always have it open in class, and he want us to figure things out ourselves. I tried many sites and I cant seem to open the website just in the terminal without opening it in a browser. Basically I want to be able to access the files like a directory. without actually opening the site in browsers. The site is :http://inceptor.mcs.suffolk.edu/~zxu/teachings/S-19/C331/

i have tried xdg-open, but it opens it in the browser. i only want to open it like a directory i guess but i dont know how
