It is possible to keep track of the urls visited on an Android or iOS device?

I have the idea to make an application on Android and iOS, I want to know if a user enters a website, example google, twitter, facebook, etc. Then, indicate that you entered Google 10 times today. The interaction is as follows: the user installs the application, then the application asks if he wants to be able to track the websites he visits in his browser. The browser is the one that the user has installed and is using.
