it is possible to implement SSO on android studio application to web-based application

I was assigned to make an android mobile application that has three function, a login, add URL and go to URL. Is it possible to implement SSO on this mobile application to the URL that the user enters? For example:

• User Login to the application

• User added Google’s URL

• once the user goes to google using the go to URL button, the user will be login already.
