How Can I find some client with Ror website creation?

Okay, my question will be straight :

I want to know the different possibilities to find work as a web developper on Ror, I'm creating websites to be clear,

And I do not know how to find a client On forums ? What Do I need to do exactly, actually, there's a lot of offer and not a lot of demand, I'm a new developper.
