Software that wroks like a wrapper for application and can block user's access in case user doesn't pay for the software for exemple?

I want some kind of wrapper that can prevent user's from accessing the application in case they don't pay for it. I am checking if there's any opensource tool for that first, so I don't need to develop it. I am not sure this tools exist, but I am checking. After google for it I didn't find anything.
