How to use excel VBA to monitor changes to multiple websites

I'm looking for a VBA excel code that can monitor multiple websites for a specific page. I would like to be notified via email whenever there is a change that occurs to this website such as when they post a new blog post. Ideally it would be a loop that would monitor that website every 24 hours and will check to see if any changes have been made...I would like to enter a specific search term/keyword for the code to look for, prior to sending the notification.
