Failure to index my webite through google search engine

I created a website with word press and used 000webhost.com to host,i cannot index my website through the google search engine,it has been on my server for almost a month now, i updated it more meta keywords to help me get to my website but it doesnt work still,i even added specific keywords,the way i can access it is by manually putting the full address of the website in the addrress bar,(not google) e.g wastednation.000webhostapp.com,please some one help me

i expect to search for a meta keyword or even contents of the web through the search engines of google
