Web Page not loads fully or stops at half way

I have a website which is hosted at 000webhost.com it's index page loads fine and all other pages and links also loads fine. But when it comes to submission of data through a page which contains different text boxes the page sometimes load fully and redirects to index page as designed, data is also saved into the database. But sometimes while clicking on submitted the page didn't load completely and stops at half way and no data is stored at database then I need it to refresh again to redirect it to index page but an empty data is stored at database then.
