Iterate over images without knowing their Id

I want to get all images from example.com/files/users/SomeId.jpg where "SomeId" is valid image Id.

Problem is I don't know these Ids, I only know 1-2 valid image Ids.

Is it possible (in reasonable time) to iterate over the images without knowing Ids? How can I do it?
