Interactive image overlay tool

I have an idea for a website im building where someone would be able to upload an image onto the site and then select from a list of other images to overlay and move around on top of their image.

For example put a picture on a wall. Upload a picture of a room and then select the picture that you want to put on the wall and move it around and place it on there.

If they can then save the image great, but its not that important as they can always use the snipping tool.
