How can I restrict what my QR Code reader decodes?

I need my QR Code reader to only be able to decode specific links and output an error if the wrong QR code is scanned. My whole website is coded in php so the QR Code reader should only read something like "mywebsite.com/receipt.php?id=3". Of course, I would need the QR Code reader to be able to read all receipts, in other words all ids. I am using the cozmo/jsqr library for my QR Code Reader https://github.com/cozmo/jsQR.
