Haskell receive HTML onClick event without HTML library

Looking for a way to receive HTML events in Haskell without using the known libraries (Scotty, Spock, Wreq, Threepenny, Blaze). Can you point me in the right direction?

Context and reason: many libraries in Haskell, all with their own methods, quirks, issues etc. I would like my first big Haskell project to be a very clean, simple and robust front-end.
